"Mrs.[Member Name Removed]: I am sorry for your misunderstanding on our fees, but the $150.92 invoice didn't just cover the Diagnostic fee of $70 - but it also included all the time that Josh had spent running the numbers with Thermal Supply and finding out the previous company you used to put the system in did not complete the necessary paperwork for your warranty, and then he also spent the time trying to locate the parts for you as well and pricing. And it was actually the office staff your husband had spoke to about the bill telling me you guys were not going to pay the full amount only what you thought you owed. And I guarantee I was very pleasant on the phone and tried to explain in a very professional matter how our billing works. We are happy that you were able to resolve your warranty issue with the previous company and get your system back up and running."
