THEY WERE ALL NICE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY SHOWED US HOW TO DEFRAG. OUR COMPUTER, RUN REGULAR CHECK UPS AND GOING BACK AND DELETING UNWANTED FILES TO PREVENT FUTURE PROBLEMS.
