 + -1 moreTHE PEOPLE I ENCOUNTERED IN THEIR OFFICE WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND I FELT I WAS NOT TREATED WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY COULD PROVIDE. IT MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
Description of Work: CONSULTED WITH ONE OF THEIR BROKERS TO REDUCE OUR CURRENT MORTGAGE RATES AND SET UP A DIFFERENT PAYMENT PLAN.
