THE PEOPLE I ENCOUNTERED IN THEIR OFFICE WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND I FELT I WAS NOT TREATED WITH THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY COULD PROVIDE. IT MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
