General Remodeling
I own many properties and they have worked on some of my properties. On one of the homes after the tenant moved out I examined their work. They didn't seal the smoke damage completely. They began another project in fixing the siding on a garage. This was in January and they are still working on the door. We're waiting for them to insulate the garage door, they say it is insulated and its not. I've spoke with other contractors who say it isn't insulated. They have become aggressive about getting their money, but they will not be paid until the insulation installed. I've been getting the run around with them. We go back and forth with them about whether its insulated. On the invoice from the garage door it clearly states that there is no insulation. They had an owner from another company call me to say that it is a bookkeeping error, but he wouldn't put it in writing.
