I am a full time, full service real estate agent and I work with my clients directly. If there is a problem, you get to talk to me, not an assistant, but it is my top priority to see that there are no problems to begin with. I have consistently been named as one of Seattle's best agents as noted by Seattle magazine. I have obtained the status of Certified Residential Specialized (CRS) which requires a number of years in the business and a high volume of transactions along with continuing education to make sure that only agents who are experienced and who are knowledgeable in the industry are granted this certification. I am also trained with helping people relocate across the country or the world. I can even help your friends and family find a great agent if they are moving from Bangkok to Bangor even if they never step foot in Seattle. I have been helping people buy and sell residential and investment real estate since 1998. I was in commercial real estate before that for 10 years and a CPA for four years before that. I bring a unique skill set to help my buyers make sure they are not missing or paying too much for "the" home.
