+ -1 moreWe shopped around for a while using Redfin but as first time buyers once we found an area we liked we decided we needed a real estate agent and called Vivan. What a night and day difference from working with Redfin! She quickly tuned into what we wanted, predicted correctly every twist and turn of the negotiation process, had great mortgage & inspection referrals, and worked tenaciously for us every step of the way. Vivan has over 15 years experience in the area and it shows. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or user her again.
Description of Work: Vivian helped us buy our first home in Sammamish.
