They are very good people. They came in not the lowest but on the lower end of the spectrum because I got 5 bids. They had matched the paint on a 6-year old car. They were very upfront with their cost and the staff are very efficient. They met and even exceeded my expectations.

They were courteous and prompt and did a good work.

I cannot recommend this shop because they seem to put profits above WORKER SAFETY. Auto body paint contains isocyanates that on inhalation and SKIN contact cause asthma. This shop uses latex gloves through which isocyanates penetrate, contaminating the skin. They did not appear aware of this health hazard for their workers. On suggesting that providing their painters and gt; 8 mm nitrile gloves, the response was that this was too expensive. Indeed their estimate was slightly lower than another shop which did provide their workers nitrile gloves. But I would rather support a shop at a higher cost that protects their workers.

United Auto Body was recommended to me by Morgan Motors and had done work for me before. For this bumper repair, I needed the fix quickly and not only did they check their schedule to get me in the next day, they even finished the job that same day instead of the estimated 3 days. They were great to work with and I'll use them again.

After going over a curb my front bumper was pulled loose from the body of my car. I have most of my auto repairs done at Morgan Motors in Issaquah and they recommended United Auto Body for the bumper repair. I took the car to United Auto Body for an estimate. The estimate was reasonable so I decided to have the work done there. Two days later I had an appointment and the work was done promptly and the bill matched the estimate. Everyone that I encountered was polite and friendly. I live close to the shop and when I asked for a ride home they were very accommodating. If I ever need more auto body repairs I would definitely go to United Auto Body in Issaquah.
