I’m a local mortgage broker in Issaquah, WA. I only lend in Washington State because I like to keep my business and my client relationships local. I’m someone you can trust – my last name is the name of the company. I did this because I want everyone to know that I stand behind my service and my product 100%. I offer you personal service – I’ll be your single point of contact for the loan, from start to finish. I’ve built my business by building relationships of trust with my clients. The majority of my business comes from repeat and referral business. In working with you I’ll do everything I can to earn your trust.

I got in contact with Rob back in 2013 about a home loan and it has been a long process getting me ready and equipped to buy a house. We've had lots of different situations come up in the past 2 years and Rob has always been extremely helpful and knowledgable and quick to respond to any of my questions. We never ended up getting a loan due to my husband's new job but as soon as we are able to get a loan we will be coming back to Tamaela Mortgage. I can't stress enough how amazed I am at the excellent service Rob has provided. He was always very prompt, polite, professional and knowledgable in all our correspondence. I can't thank him enough!

We had great service. It was a couple of years ago and then he referred us to somebody else for some other mortgages that we had. Rob is very personable and very knowledgeable and was overall, helpful with everything.

We've used them three times, and each experience has been great! They came to the house with a notary to save us time, found the best rates possible, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. We've recommended them to friends and family, and everyone is happy with their service.

Superhuman. That is the only word I could use to define Rob. I have purchased several Seattle investment properties over the past few years and have never encountered such a great experience before. I had an offer on a short sale. The second approved the sale price really late and only gave us 15 days to close. I called my reliable brokers that I have used in the past and every single mortgage company on angieslist and none of them were able to close in 15 days. Rob called a few folks, got back to me and considered it in 12 days!!! He is Responsive (calls back almost immediately), responsible (follows up and keeps progress going), and reliable. This deal would not have happened without him. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends.

From our first phone contact through the entire process, Rob was extremely helpful and responsive. He initially advised us to wait on locking our loan because he thought rates were going to drop even lower. He was quick to return all phone calls and answered all of our questions promptly by phone or email.
Rob found us an extremely attractive mortgage and took care of the logistics, emailing forms that could be faxed or mailed back and sending a mobile notary to obtain signatures where required. It's hard to imagine the process being any easier.
We don't plan on needing another mortgage any time soon but we would highly recommend Rob to anyone who is in the market.
