Summit to Sound Inspection Services

Loren is very personable and great to work with. He took time explaining to us what he is looking for and gave advice on his recommendation. He is knowledgeable and know what he is doing. It took about 4 hrs for him to complete his comprehensive work. The report was submitted to us on the same day. We would definitely contact him again for any future home inspection. Great work!

Loren was on time and had chatted over phone and emails prior to visit. He had explained to me what were in for and over all he was extremely knowledgeable and we felt comfortable going in.
On the day of inspection Loren went through the roof inspection prior to the scheduled time. We went through the exteriors and he explained everything thoroughly to us. He clearly explained what needed servicing or repair and why, he explained how we should service our furnace. Over all he was very pleasant. He mentioned a small leak in the roof and we asked of his verdict and he said it was a minor issue in our case, the roof repairs later done and it was indeed a minor issue. He didn't go nitpicking and his ball park estimates were good. He also gave us good tips on home maintenance. We also went around the home with his IR camera and the moisture meter. He also spent time going over the cosmetic issues we had noticed and answered other little questions we had very patiently. Over all we felt like we know our new home better cause of Loren. He sent out the final report on the same day.

Loren did a great job, we were very happy with his services. We used his services for a few pre-inspections we did on a few houses we considered buying. He is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, accommodating with our schedules.

Loren proved to be the best partner any home buyer could possible have when assessing the condition of a home. His power of observation and unrelenting drive to find the reason behind anything that isn't just right put him among the best in his industry. On at least two occasions, I observed him accurately catch and define problem areas with houses that other inspectors had overlooked or misjudged. Additionally, his thoroughness reached beyond performing all of the usual inspection checks (major systems, etc.), as he also shared valuable information about various construction materials and future care of the potential future home. Finally, he completes his excellent inspecting skills with outstanding customer service. He is flexible about exactly the service he provides (walk-throughs, pre-inspections and, yes, the full meal deal), and he communicates well, gleaning information from all sources available to him. I don't offer many unqualified recommendations, but Loren has certainly earned this one!

Following a referral from our realtor, we had Loren do a complete home inspection for us for our recently purchased home. Arrived on time, very polite and presentable. Thoroughly inspected the exterior of my home and then took me through the inspection to show me the areas where the siding was failing. Also was kind enough to point out some maintenance items that were outside the scope of the inspection. Very appreciated.
