Prior to forming Sullivan Custom Homes Inc. in 2005, Kraig worked for a quality Seattle builder for 18 years. There he was taught the demand for quality, detail, and the pride of ownership in your work. Still today, Kraig over sees all of his projects personally, to maintain his high standards in quality and his relationship with his clients. Sullivan Custom Homes Inc. is a full service construction company that specializes in meeting the needs of its clients. Our NEW Master Bathroom is beautiful, and many neighbors have asked who did it and have mentioned they just wanted to replicate what we had done.
The tile team was amazing. They took the time to basically cut EVERY tile/stone so that everything fit perfectly in place.
