Description of Work: He came out and gave me a quote. It was for replacing doors and trim.

Description of Work: They completely painted my condo before I moved into and changed some lighting. Most recently, they remodeled a bathroom, they updated a second bathroom. The bathroom work was around $19000.

Description of Work: We were referred to SRC by our realtor, who had used SRC personally and told us others in his office had used them as well. Our project was the completion of a new construction home that had been abandoned at about 60% finish. The home was 6000+ sq ft on 5 wooded acres out in rural Maple Valley. Before the market downturn, the finished house would have been priced to sell at $1.9M, but the builder was unable to complete the home. Our plan was to complete the parts of the home that were essential for us to live in (master bedroom, kitchen & pantry, formal dining room, great room, master bathroom, powder room, guest room, office) as well as the landscaping, then do the rest over time (more bedrooms, game room, salon, etc.). In order to complete the loan however, our contracting estimate needed to include all of this. Steve and his staff spent many hours going through the house and around the property to come up with a bid for the bank so we could complete the deal. They were so thorough and complete in their inspection, recognizing potential issues, giving us ideas, coming up with estimates, and researching codes and issues with the property. This included researching with the county and talking to the neighbors about whether or not the house needed its own well. Their bid included: Millwork Finishes Electrical (interior and exterior) Systems (septic, fire suppression, HVAC, well, well house) Plumbing Convenience Hardware Flooring (stone/tile, carpet, hardwood) Stone/Tile (floors, surrounds, backsplashes, counters) Exterior (downspouts, gutters, concrete driveway) Permits (dwelling, fire, mechanical, plumbing, gas and electrical) Landscape (grade to driveway, install beauty bark, grade back yard, install perforated drain line, import topsoil and finish grade, seed lawn) In the end, we did not purchase the home, so we did not engage SRC for the actual work. However, given the integrity, thoroughness, and attention to detail Steve and his staff showed during our feasibility work, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Description of Work: Steve gave us a bid for completing an unfinished mansion, which had been sitting partially completed for over a year. His bid was extremely thorough and he was careful to research every issue and detail. Steve and his staff did enormous amounts of research for us, poring over county records, talking with neighbors and government offices. He had to research issues about property lines, wells, septic, grading for a driveway, and more. This was in addition to all the interior work that needed to be done (flooring, painting, finishing all kinds of gorgeous wood paneling, hanging doors, installing sinks, showers, tubs and other bathroom related areas, appliances, media room, appliances, and more). He reached out to all kinds of sources, including talking to the original contractors on the job, several of whom had not been paid for their work after the builder and the owner went bankrupt. For every issue that came up, Steve and Doug had contacts and resources at their fingertips.

Description of Work: Painted all doors and millwork. Rolled and brushed millwork and sprayed family room cabinet and resprayed existing wainscotting in dining and formal roooms.

Description of Work: He painted the entire exterior and four rooms on the inside, of my 3200 square foot home. He used water based paint on the wall and oil base paint on the trim. He took all the popcorn from the ceiling in the upstairs and downstairs. He put in a new, two level, wood deck. He was a contractor for some remodeling on my house. He took a couple of weeks on the deck and the remodeling another couple of months.

Description of Work: THEY POWER WASHED THE OUTSIDE WOOD DECK AND RE-STAINED IT A TAUPE COLOR. THEY ALSO HAMMERED IN ALL RAISED NAILS.
