They were rude to my brother who has cerebral palsy, and to my mother and sister. They seemed to be rude to anyone who wasn't a male. They also did not fix the problem. They have an advertisement that says they have a 100 percent warranty so I called them to come back and fix the problem. My sister took a day off work to meet them when they promised to come back out, but they never showed up, so we went with another company. They also advertised a senior discount, but then did not give on to my senior mother.
