Their architect/engineer actually ended up being a potter. Their charge was 60 dollars an hour just to give an estimate. The plans that they drew up on our cottage were completely impossible because of the foundation, and they never looked at the foundation so we ended up paying thousands of dollars for nothing.

Project was over estimate by almost $200,000. Project went at least four months beyond schedule. Lead carpenters changed throughout the project. At least four different lead carpenters worked the project. Permits were late in submittal, despite assurances from office staff that permits were under control. Cost estimate overages were misrepresented throughout the project by office staff. Response to warranty issues are slow and inconsistent.
