They poured some panels and then set them into some I beams. I gave him a rough estimate for a quote and he went ahead and made them based on this. We made it work, but it took me no small amount of work to make it fit. It was not what I wanted and the workmanship was less than spectacular.
He took the position that the info I told him was incorrect and that's what I got. He acted like it was my fault and wasn't willing to help.
The price over the estimate kept creeping up until I ended up paying $1500 to $2000 more.

contracted to provide washed aggregate conrete panels for a fences. Panels were not built to proper size and were washed aggregate instead of exposed aggregateOnce we accepted Saylor's bid- There were ongoing 'extra' billings thatsaylor refused to discuss-We paid them off to rid ourselves of this outfit
