They were so great and responsive. We had a sick dog overnight and needed some immediate help cleaning quite a bit of carpet and a brand new couch. They were able to come same day thanks to a cancellation, and they did such a good job I had them come back a few days later to clean a few other carpets. I was worried I would be charged an arm and a leg because it was "emergency" but they were totally fair and charged me normal price. Have recommended and referred them often since.

The technician came on time, very friendly and professional, he did a thorough and deep cleaning of my rental property in Issaquah, the carpet cleaning included 3 bedrooms, a big walk-in closet, three other closets and stairway, they even had super deep clean on every corner on every stair on the stairway, they really deserve the merit for the solid work performed. I'll definitely will hire them again and refer to others.

I submitted a request for a quote via their website, and had a response within a fairly short amount of time. The person who I made arrangements with (Chris) was very responsive to all my questions, and was able schedule a tech to come out at a time that was convenient for me. He was also able to tell me up front approximately how much it would cost, and how long it would take to do the job. The person that came out was on time, very professional, and did a teriffic job. They had the cleaning done in the same amount of time as was estimated, and the cost was exactly what I had been told prior to the appointment. No surprises. They were even able to get out some stains that I wasn't sure were ever going to come out!

As a side note, I had talked with Chris last summer about possibly cleaning the carpet in another house, and even though he knew we were just thinking about it at the time and not ready to commit, he was very willing to spend as much time as it took to make sure all my questions were answered, and was friendly as can be about it. We ended up replacing the carpet instead of getting it cleaned, but that first exprience with him is what made me come back to have them do the work in the other house. If I need my carpets cleaned again, I'm definitey going to have Sammamish Carpet Cleaning do it!
