Ruth was very professional, responsive and listened well. She went the extra miles for us when we ran into many unforeseen issues with obtaining the permit. She is a problem solver. Ruth has experience with King county, Bellevue and permitting procedures. We are glad we found her, and we believe she is worth much more than she's charging for her service. We originally paid someone $1200 to do this job, but the man took our money and gave us some high school generic drawing.
