He arrived on time and equipped with all the equipment and tools required. His report was based on a form from a national organization and while detailed it was all hand written. He spent several hours looking over the home and discovered a gas leak in the furnace, rusted water tank exhaust pipe, malfunctioning GFI circuit in one of the bathrooms but missed a water leak from an exterior surface that had soaked a carpet and pad in a closet as well as discolored some plaster. He did identify the area outside as being water damaged and probably having structural problems but not that it was leaking. Since the exterior was identified as needing repair I think the water damage on the inside of the house should have been found. He also said before the inspection that he was a certified pest inspector as a selling feature. When my mortgage company wanted a certification that the home was in fact inspected for termites the inspector said a report detailing that inspection would be an extra charge.

He is a civil engineer who knows his work. He is extremely thorough but kind of pricey.

Bob was punctual, prepared, thorough and communicated well with my husband and I. We feel like we got more than what we paid for and came away with a wealth of knowledge. We feel very confident in his assessment of the home.

He is thorough and identified problems I didn't know existed and alleviated concerns that I had on other issues. He called before the appointment to get preliminary information on the house, its age, what my concerns were, and my intent for the inspection (sale, purchase or problem identification). Now I have a list of issues that we can work on and my husband can no longer deny that repairs need to be done.

HE WAS PROMPT, INTELLIGENT AND EFFICIENT. COST A LITTLE MORE THAN ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED, BUT WORTH IT.

THE INSPECTION WAS VERY THOROUGH AND COMPLETE WITH WRITTEN AND VERBAL DESCRIPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO FIX THINGS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND REASONABLY PRICED.
