Revive Carpet Services

Once again we called Revive Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners. They've rescued our carpeting from several exciting and active visits from out-of-town grandchildren over the years and restored it after a remodeling fiasco. They're a family business so we can't ever surprise them with a carpet catastrophe that they haven't encountered before or experienced themselves.

They have a minimum to come out so they included cleaning my hall and bathroom area to make up the difference. The technician was corteous and did a thorough job.

Plastic roll pathways backed with adhesive were left in place too long by the remodeling contractor and, when they were finally removed, a sticky residue was left behind on the carpet. Soon, all these pathways collected enough dirt to look an entirely differnet color from the carpet.
The carpet-cleaner experimented a bit with various cleaners and techniques and figured out a process to remove the tacky residue without damaging the carpet or leaving any adhesive behind.

They aren't the cheapest, but Revive is one of the best.  One of a very few carpet companies that will stretch carpet back when it is pulled or bunched, and the cleaning guys spend the time necessary to really get the carpets the best they can be.  Well worth the money - I've used them multiple times and will use them again.

I have use their services before this last service.  They are very good in all aspects of cleaning and very professional.

Second time I have used Revive. Called on Monday, they came out on Thursday. Showed up on time, measured and gave me a quote and went to work. Courteous and considerate of our kids and dogs being in the house while they performed the work. Completed all work in the time they had estimated. Results? Wow. Carpet had not been professionally cleaned in about 4 years and they were able to make it look great again. The real eye opener was the couch, love seat and ottoman. Kids and dogs had been rough on them and I was considering just replacing the entire set. We discussed if they could be saved and in the end we decided to try having them cleaned and see what happened. One week later I am still amazed at how clean they are, as if they are new again. Not only do they look clean but they are soft again. I was definitely impressed!

Ron called promptly and scheduled the job within a week. Also confirmed with an email.   He called and said he was running a bit early which was great for me the day of the job. He had estimated the work to take two hours when I described it on the phone.  He did a great job of explaining what I could expect and how he would do the job.  Promptly brought his tools up and got to work.  Job was completed in two hours.  Looks great and priced exactly as he estimated.

The service was outstanding and the carpets and sofas are looking great. With so many crayon stains we were not sure how the sofa cushions will look, but they worked hard and the cushions look really nice. There pricing is reasonable and the overall experience was great. I will recommend them to anyone needing these services.

The service and attention to detail provided by Revive Carpet was outstanding. It had been several years since we had our carpets professionally cleaned.  So, there was quite a bit of dirt/stains.  The staff from Revive took the extra time to make our carpets look new again.  I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

It was excellent.  He was really nice and did an awesome job.  He was able to get out stains that we didn't think could come out.  He was on time, called before he came.  He didn't make a mess.  He made sure to put on booties before he came in.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a pretty good job. They came in shortly after I made the Big Deal purchase. I don't remember paying extra.

My daughter got sick all over the carpet so I needed right away and they were able to come in that day. They said they had a $165 minimum but the guy was very honest and nice. He said he wants me to get my money’s worth. I told him I need my carpets cleaned off scheduled another day and I just need to get it dated up and he said to get my money’s worth. So he cleaned my bathroom, hallway and upstairs. He had the time and was able to do that all for me which I thought was amazing. The guy was very polite. They put the covers on the shoes. They were very respectful. I thought they did a great job. The stain is gone. I think their price is the same as others.

Not a lot of providers on this website do a good jobs because they act like they try to get you to do more services. This gentleman is different. Pleasandt and polite to work with.

Revive was able to fit my client the same week I called and I need to get this home on the market within days. They were very responsive and thorough. I was provided a quote over the phone and the actual cost would have been higher given the square footage but they wanted to honor the quote which they did. This ranks high with respect to professionalism. There were a few stains and Revive was unsure how they would come out. Overall the carpet looks great. They are also knowledgeable about stain types and how best to remove if possible. I was impressed.

He came well recommended by our janitorial service.  Although we didn't ask him to clean all of our carpets, he blended in the areas he cleaned with those he didn't clean.
We didn't think he could get the ground-in dirt out, but he did!   He arrived on time, went right to work, and was very professional and courteous.  Although we didn't ask him to clean all the carpets in our building, he blended in the areas he cleaned with those he didn't clean.

It went well and that was a good deal. They came out and there was quick little carpet repair and they did their work. I would rate them very very high. I would use them again.

It was a fabulous experience.  Everything was explained completely to me and I was asked to see where there were stains I had pointed out that were no longer there.  The carpet was not soggy and was dried by the evening.
