This is the 3rd time we have gone through Redmond Mortgage for our mortgages, whether it's for a new purchase or refinance. Our first experience with Redmond Mortgage was in Aug/Sep of 2009 when we were refinancing to a 15-yr. We obtained 4 Good Faith Estimates from various mortgage contacts we had over the years, but the best deal was the one Marcella of Redmond Mortgage sent to us. As I recall, it was getting late in the day and I was amazed how quick she got it to us (within an hour or two) and how thorough she was. Marcella was both friendly and professional while negotiating with us on certain line items to do all she could do give us the best deal possible. My husband had always taken care of the mortgages and I really had no idea about anything to do with applying for a mortgage/refinance. She spent hours with me on the phone and via e-mail explaining every part of the process, and at no time did I ever feel as though I was asking stupid questions or taking too much of her time even though I probably was. Numerous times I contacted her needing information right away and she always made time for me. On several occasions she even worked from home to meet our deadlines. I consider Marcella and Redmond Mortgage to be invaluable to us as we have purchased and refinanced over the years. Many times I have used her as a 'sounding board' on related issues while financing and her advice and counsel has always been excellent and supportive of our needs and goals. We are extremely particular with whom we do business. We know what we want, we do lots of research and we have very high standards for our service providers. We want great service but feel we shouldn't have to pay a huge price for it. With Redmond Mortgage, we get great service and a great bottom line as well. We truly appreciate working with Marcella. She is extremely competent, quick, organized and delightful! She always goes the extra mile to be helpful and to answer any question we may have. I never worry about her losing track of things or dropping the ball! And that's saying a lot! Over the years, we feel like we have made a friend. And I'm confident that we would receive great service from anyone at Redmond Mortgage, as they have values that are very important to us. They have been a local family-owned business since 1989 and operate their business with honesty and integrity, offering competitive rates and personal customer relationships. We are currently in the middle of our 4th transaction With Redmond Mortgage and so far it's been nothing but smooth sailing again.
