It started out with the foundation, he did not put the plastic vapor barrier down that was on the plans. He said I didn't need it even though I asked for it, then the foundation was poured and he just told me it was to late. The footing drain did not get installed at the proper slope. That never got resolved. All my plumbing is loose inside the wall. The shower heads are not strapped behind the tile. My beautiful cabinets got damaged by his sub. They scratched it. I am the home owner had to pay for it myself. He said that they were not his responsibility. My brand new kitchen surfaces were damaged by his subs. My brand new hard wood floors had all sorts of scratches on them and was not told how or why they were there. I had to get seven doors rehung because they were not hung properly. I am have in structural problem. The beams in the kitchen are twisting. I hired a structural engineer that said it looks like the beams were put in wet and didn't have a chance to dry properly. We were left with a fifty-five item punch list that I have been doing on my own. Thats the reason he was fired. He came out to work on the punch list and didn't do the things we thought he should. He was wanting to take way to many short cuts. Everything he touched he ruined. It took me three weeks to fix a set of double French doors. I am going to have to hire a glass and door company to come work on them, but I am out of money to hire people.
