Greg is non responsive and never even came to our house after the initial walk through. His drawings for the cabinets were incorrect and caused the cabinets to be built wrong. His crew was overall competent but there was never a project manager who came to oversee everything so it made the process slower. At times, we didn't even know if the crew was showing up on a particular day. There is an unfinished project but Greg seems uninterested in finishing it so I will find someone else. Overall would not recommend.

Estimate was decently priced. They showed up and did good work. A . Would hire again.

Geoffrey was excellent. He was always punctual and did a great job communicating what was happening. He got samples and then got it done. I would 100% use Pinnacle again.

All of the work done was done poorly and needed to be re-done multiple times or was not completed at all. There were days when they did not show up at all and did not call or return calls. I would not recommend it.

Joffrey (hopefully spelled close to correctly) checked everything out and found no water damage, which was a great relief. He then pinpointed a problem we had not thought of; possible build-up in the p-trap in the pipe under the sink. Some bleach in the drain has mitigated the smell in the cabinet, and alerted us to probably doing a more thorough cleaning on a regular basis. He was very friendly, pleasant to work with, and went right to the heart of the job. It is very satisfying to be in the hands of an expert.

We needed a window sill repaired on the 2nd story of our home prior to having the house painted. We had contacted 3 vendors and heard from all three. While Glass Guru never even submitted a bid after seeing the damage, Pinnacle Restoration was not only quick to respond to the initial inquiry for a bid, with a pleasant call from Greg Barrett, but Greg's partner, Geoffrey Larrabee contacted us on the first day, came out and gave us an estimate on the 2nd day and then worked us into his busy schedule for the following day. The completed job was excellent with Geoffrey going the extra mile to ensure that the window sill and frame came out looking wonderful. I would highly recommend this company for your next project, big or small. They are great to work with and totally professional from start to finish. Terry T
