Mel Scott, the inspector, who's address is really PO BOX 784, Edmonds, WA 98020, did a very thorough job with the visual inspection of all areas of the house and property. He took lots of pictures and gave sound advice or tips and answered any questions we had. Pillar and post provides an awesome binder with the full inspection report, a seasonal checklist and other awesome records to keep track of all in one place. He printed it out and stuck in a nice binder right on the spot.
