Darrel Jacobs, Ph.D. is the owner and came to our home and did our yard analysis in March of 2003. Randy is the very professional and knowledgeable man who has been doing our treatments ever since. I've followed their recommendations and our lawn is consistently the greenest, healthiest lawn on our street. Service has been excellent. I always receive a reminder phone message the day before Randy comes. They have never failed to show up when they were scheduled. Randy always leaves a detailed personal note about what he treated for and fertilized and alerts me of problem areas and gives me advice. Our lawn is consistently uniform in color. They have never "burned" a spot. Our yard gets frequent visits from deer, squirrels, frogs, newts, cats, bunnies, birds, etc. and it was important to me that the treatments not injure them. Dr. Darrel explained that this wouldn't be a problem and it never has been.

The technician burned our grass in several locations. We wrote a note on the bill advising Daryl of this, and NO reponse. Needless to say our lawn still looks horrible while we wait for the patches to regrow. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the past two years. They need to hire people who know what they are doing! We have used this company for over 10 years, I expected at least a phone call saying "sorry".

Their employees are very professional and their service has been very good. The price listed is per month.

PhD was very prompt in responding to my initial request and gave us a very thorough evaluation, recommendation and cost. They fit us in on their next visit to this area. We are very satisfied.

THEY'RE A GREAT COMPANY, AND THEY DO A GREAT SERVICE. THE LAWN LOOKS BETTER SINCE THEY'VE STARTED TAKING CARE OF IT. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE, AND THEY'RE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.

THE PEOPLE WERE NICE. THEY FOLLOWED UP ON THE WORK THEY DID. THEY CALLED IN ADVANCE TO TELL ME WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT TO DO MY TREATMENTS. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL. I CALLED WITH A PROBLEM AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT WITHIN TWO HOURS TO HAVE SOMEONE LOOK INTO MY CONCERNS.

ON AN ONGOING BASIS, I HAVE HAD PHD FERTILIZE MY SHRUBS AND TREES FOR A FEW YEARS AND LAST YEAR ALSO ADDED LAWN FERTILIZATION. IN ALL MY DEALINGS, THE EMPLOYEES HAS BEEN POLITE AND RESPONSIVE. THEY ALWAYS WRITE A PERSONALIZED ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION OF MY LAWN AND SHRUBS ON THE INVOICE. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
