I do want to say that on our first work with George we had a bit of a disconnect and I was not happy with the service. However, George provided detailed information on what he did and was very humbling about any shortcomings--he prides himself on his workmanship and he showed by the time he took to explain what happened and why. For this I will continue to recommend George and use him in the future.
George, yesterday I was on the roof so I could clean the outside of the front gutters. I quickly noticed moss on the roof and was surprised as my wife had asked and you said you did remove moss and applied zinc?it is clear you did not remove the moss and apply zinc as you said you did (see attached pictures I took yesterday).
So, in summary of your service?you need to pay attention to this:
- you were late to our house for the estimate
- you were late on your first service visit on Friday 2/27 and could not finish the job; you said you removed moss from roof and applied zinc; said you would come back Monday to finish
- you did not show up Monday; said would come back Tuesday
- you did show up Tuesday 3/3 to finish
I write this note because my wife and I spent a fair amount of time trying to find a company to use. We chose you based in part by your proposed principle, i.e., ?peace of mind.? Dealing with you was far from peace of mind.
One thing I did notice you were quick to do, that is deposit the check!
This could have been such a simple task: clean the inside and outside of gutters and remove moss?not difficult. Look at what we had to go through.

When we call, the owner always makes certain they come at a time convenient for us.
When working on the windows, inside and out, they take great care of all furniture and furnishings, and surrounding areas.
They pay great attention to detail and are meticulous in their work.
If ever there has been a missed area (only one time in 5 years), they take the time to return and take care of it.
We would recommend highly to any home or business owner!
