Technically work was done well. Scheduling was a problem- they left early on Friday before Memorial Day with no word on when they'd return. Meanwhile the driveway serving 4 houses and a business was left with large holes and inadequate flagging. They damaged the waterline serving a non-participating neighbor; They fixed the line, but balked at the expense of allowing her plumber (who originally installed the line) from inspecting. It was a $150 expense on a $30,000 job. They would not respond to calls or emails, including when I asked him to re-fill an excavation in the driveway that left a 6" depression. At one point the contractor admitted that it was too big a job for him and his crew. Given the attitude he ultimately displayed, I would not work with him again.
