I was generally pleased with their work. He followed up a lot and was nice to work with. There were a couple of things that happened throughout the project that made it more complicated. For example his car broke down during the project.

Dale contacted me w/in an hour of leaving him a message, was very friendly, patient and helpful and didn't seem to mind answering 20 minutes of Q&A about picking out tile. Because of that initial experience, about a month later, after we made all of our tile selections and purchases, I called him back to see request an estimate (one of three). Dale came out personally and w/in 24 hours he provided us with an estimate, which was w/in a couple hundred dollars of the other 2 contractors. Without a doubt, we were more than willing to pay the slightly higher price for the peace-of-mind that Dale provided even before the start of our project. Dale and his team showed up together the first day, we were introduced to the team of (I believe) 3 other guys and they began working like a well-oiled machine immediately. They were organized, worked well together, professional and as tidy as possible. They took about 7 days to complete the job, just as Dale had estimated. We made a few changes along the way and they made no complaints about it. Dale did the final inspection of the work himself after all the sealant was dry.

He was very prompt in giving us a bid, and stayed within the bid amount. He covered the carpet and surrounding work area, and cleaned up after himself each day. He worked by himself, and finished the job within the allotted time. We are very pleased with his work and his reliability.

Dale did a fantastic job. We knew he would, based on the job he did on our fireplace. This job was a fairly large undertaking, and there were a few headaches with the plumbing/drain fixtures, due to the age and design of our house. Dale handled it all perfectly and correctly. The job ended up being a much more involved job than everybody thought, but Dale stood by his original quotation. The shower ended up perfect as did the rest of the bathroom. We could not be happier with the job Dale did. He is great to work with, and I recommend him 100%. I wish all our contractors were as good as Dale.

The owner of this company, Dale Radcliff, was great. He tried to give me the lowest price possible and even made time in his already full schedule to do the job. He worked me in between 2 other jobs, and stayed until 8 PM, to make sure the job got done. The finished results were great! He even was able to install glass accent tiles that were of a different thickness than the porcelain tiles, without a noticeable change in the profile of the surface. I selected this company because they were recommended by Intrepid Granite, and because he really seemed to know a lot about tiling. He was even able to accurately name the colors of grout used in several other places in my home! He was punctual, did exactly what the contract said, and cleaned up before leaving.
