 + -1 moreCindy was great. I never had someone like this to give so much help and professional advice. She's also great at negotiating and gave me a nice discount on her fee. I have since recommended her to all my friends.
Description of Work: When we sold our last home, we used Cindy Laycock at Northwest Elite Real Estate. She helped us design very professional looking flyers, staged our home. She even helped me plant some flowers around the house and brought in fresh flowers to decorate it inside. Each agent that saw our house and left a card, she would call them to follow up. She even gave us reports over time to see what prospective buyers were saying about the house.
