+ 0 moreCarlos and his crew were fabulous! Carlos' expertise and finished product made me so happy! They worked hard to meet a deadline and did! I read some of the other negative reviews which were only about scheduling and not about quality of work. Carlos and his team are hardworking and very skilled! If you have trouble scheduling...I can tell you it is worth it in the long run. Carlos charged a very reasonable price and the finished product is outstanding!

Carlos' suggestions were spot-on, and the crew did a quality job in a timely manner--including repairs of ant-infested HardiePlank siding and hardwood rot where a downspout had failed. They even refreshed and refinished our wood-finished porch ceilings. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We totally rearranged our schedule after setting up an appointment on a Saturday with Carlos for an estimate for exterior painting of our house. We had to make some special arrangements to both be available on that date. Carlos never showed up and never called. The following Monday I called his cell number to find out what happened. After looking at his notes, he told me he had a previous appointment at 10 am that took two hours in Issaquah (we are in south Bellevue) and then totally forgot about his 12 noon appointment with us. When he realized his mistake he quickly tried to reschedule with me but I declined. He really didn't give much of an apology. If the estimator can't even remember his appointment, that reflects badly on a company. We do not plan to use this company and would not recommend it.

Description of Work: Complete house and trim prep and paint. Excellent job doing the prep including sealing all siding joints. Prep is the key to a good paint job and they know how to accomplish it properly. Also very knowledgeable about paint selection. I would use them again.

Our painting services include, wallpaper removal and install, re-finishing decks and pressure washing driveways, patios etc.
We do not pressure wash roofs, we do not do faux painting, not yet. Also we do not paint structures build before 1980.
