it was a bit time consuming to get the first couple of cleanings setup and working regularly. we have dogs so i needed to make sure the team would be comfortable with them and know how important it was to not let them sneak out the door (they are crafty). eventually it worked out. I have to leave a paper check each visit = wish they had a way to pay electronically or once a month

We have a specific couple from this organization clean our house every other week.  We made a list of likes/don't likes and staples regarding cleaning requests that we wanted each visit.  They not only complete all of these requests (and more) each visit, but they also stay consistent with good quality work.  We have found this almost non-existent with cleaning services (and we have tried many).  Early on in the process, the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy and to get our feedback.  Clearly this company cares about their customers and is doing something very right regarding staff retention and consistent quality work.  No intention of changing services - very happy!

The job performed by Saul Stephens was amazing. He arrived on time, had all the right equipment for the job, was very careful of our furnishings and explained exactly what he would be accomplishing with respect to cleaning the carpet, including about 20 stairs. We cannot say enough about the job he did, we had picked up most of our tables, chairs, etc in order to allow the most thorough cleaning possible. He moved the heavier furniture like couches and big tables during his cleaning process. He has the most up-to-date equipment and was very professional in his approach. Our entire house was cleaned in only a couple of hours. We would highly recommend his services.

We checked out numerous carpet cleaning businesses and we are so glad we went with Saul.

I got a phone call confirmation after the initial appointment and another email reminder. I replied to the email with a question but never got a response. The two cleaners arrived on the specified day. They were about 15 mins late but were apologetic and stayed later to make up for it. I showed them what I wanted done and they both worked very hard for 3 hours. They weren't native english speakers but they both spoke english very well. They made sure to ask me if they cleaned my high priority things to my satisfaction. They picked up rugs to mop beneath them. Overall, I was very pleased with the amount and quality of the cleaning they accomplished in their allotted time.

They were here twice, and they did a superb job the first time. The second time it was just an okay job. It was 2 different people. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I will not use them again in the future.

The price for the quality of work that we receive is just amazing. It's a great value and they do a good job. They come in teams of two so when they arrive at our home they can work together to knock out the job quickly. I think that's what helps them consistantly maintain the quality of their work. Sometimes the cleaners change but at least one of them has been here before and knows the routine. They are usually out front of our home about 10 minutes before their suppose to and wait until the time of their appointment. We've referred them to friends but it's taken them a long time to set up. It's probably just because they're in such high demand.
