house cleaning
+ -1 moreit was a bit time consuming to get the first couple of cleanings setup and working regularly. we have dogs so i needed to make sure the team would be comfortable with them and know how important it was to not let them sneak out the door (they are crafty). eventually it worked out. I have to leave a paper check each visit = wish they had a way to pay electronically or once a month

+ -1 moreWe have a specific couple from this organization clean our house every other week. We made a list of likes/don't likes and staples regarding cleaning requests that we wanted each visit. They not only complete all of these requests (and more) each visit, but they also stay consistent with good quality work. We have found this almost non-existent with cleaning services (and we have tried many). Early on in the process, the owner checked in with us frequently to make sure we were happy and to get our feedback. Clearly this company cares about their customers and is doing something very right regarding staff retention and consistent quality work. No intention of changing services - very happy!
