Mike Ross was very professional and although a bit late, he had difficulty entering the gated community. His rates were reasonable as I am on a limited income. I was impressed that he showed up by hisself and cleaned the chimney with no mess. He cleaned the chimney from inside and explained everything that he was doing. I definitely would use him again. Overpriced services, gave a quote then raised it. i was pressured into taking the price and i should not have let that happen but they owner of the company is willing to work with me to get me satisfied and im giving him the benefit of the doubt. he wants to make sure his company name and reputation is not tarnished,so i respect that

Mike was very thorough in inspecting and cleaning our chimney. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done (with photos) and then proceeded to perform the job. He took extra precautions to ensure our house was as clean after as before the work. Mike was very personable and pleasant to talk with.

Quotes over the phone are misleading

Simon with VIne cleaning was professional and detailed. He works quickly and removed all our pet and child stains. He recommended all three levels of service and explained the differences. Very impressed all around

They have no truck mounted extraction. Carpets were totally soaked, and looked no better, once dry, than before they began. Furthermore, they consider anything over 150 sq. feet as another room! It took days for the carpets to dry. Don't waste your money on this outfit! I am very dissatisfied.

My appointment was for 10AM...David called to inform me that he'd arrive around 10:30. He did arrive at that time. David was a very personable young man who listened closely while I described what I needed to be cleaned. The kitchen was in the middle of being upgraded and I cautioned David about the new flooring and my concern for not getting it wet. He was very considerate of that. When he had finished cleaning, he explained different aspects of his performance. He was efficient and thorough in his work and I was quite satisfied with the job that he did.

They provided exceptional service, explained all my options for carpet cleaning and provided quotes for all three. When they completed the job, they walked me through each room to show me the before and after, along with any trouble spots. I am renting my home out and recommended them to my property manager. I will absolutely use them for future carpet cleaning services.

Called ahead and said 30 minutes but arrived 60 mnutes later. David explained options. Very pleasant young man. Was a little hard to understand by these seniors because of heavy accent. Did a very good job. Will hire again.
