I scheduled for a 9am appt. and was later told it was a 9-11 slot, they came by 10:30. David was an excellent worker and good communicator. He was efficient and thorough. My sofa looks brand new and the carpet is clean again. The service is on the expensive side so I would recommend finding out ahead of time about the cost if that is an issue. Also if you pay by cash you are not subject to a sales tax!

The technicians (David and Danny ) were very professional. They walked me through the process of how they were going about to clean the fireplaces and did it accordingly. One of my chimneys was cracked and they did a neat and clean job of filling it up. Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely avail their services in the future.

Overall, this was a successful experience. The communication with the owner was timely and clear. I had two techinicians coming over to clean a fabric sofa and 4 dinning chairs. they were very professional, quick and nice. My only issue is that their service is a bit on the pricy side but overall they did a great job.

Simon, the people is very nice and patient to answer any of my question, also gave a very detail explanation for the different service from basic and deep shampooing. Great to enhance cleaning the dirty spot that I requested. Keep my furniture well moving and back to its original position.... Great technician to hire

Danny and David were so great. They were fast, efficient, and very nice. They explained the dirt extraction process effectively. And got those dirt spots out like magic!! I'm calling them for next home!
