He was great.

Mark was one of seven designers/contractors we interviewed for our job. We were new to the area and used personal referrals as well as other Angie's list contractors to start our process. Mark's first project was replacing all our windows in our newly purchased house. We were so impressed with his attention to detail and punctuality that he rose to the top of the list for the rest of our project. In addition, he is constantly positive and friendly, but also not afraid to give you his honest opinion, which is most appreciated, especially when tackling a pretty big renovation project. While Mark had several jobs going at the same time as our job, including much larger custom houses, he still gave us tons of attention and kept our job moving along. He stayed on time and on budget-which is very difficult on a renovation. i would recommend Mark and his team to any friend which is the true test of a contractor. Well done.

Mark was responsive and on time for our appointment. He reviewed the work and had an estimate to me when promised. when awarded the work, he kept in contact as we waited for the windows to be made and delivered. Once they arrived, he showed up when promised and finished in good time... this in spite of the record snow and then floods we had this past few weeks. The quality of the work was excellent and he assisted in getting a factory rep to look at a small issue we had with one of the windows. He also helped locate a painter for the staining and varnishing of the windows.
