Legacy Landscaping

Not Recommended We contracted with Legacy for a community monument planting plan which they completed but in negotiations for performing the work they were dishonest in their agreement for firm prices and responsibility for any damages to our monument area or the adjoining City property. Although agreeing to terms and pricing in their presentation to our homeowners, the formal contract submitted for approval changed prices to undefined ranges and required our homeowner association to be responsible for all damages caused by their employees to both our property and the adjoining City sidewalk and street surfaces. We rejected their bid and now warn others to be careful and read their formal contract carefully.

I've nothing but good things to say about Legacy. They've done 4 projects for us. We didn't have a whole lot of money so he gave me a bid separately for different areas of the yard. They were recommended by the person that does our gardening. My place is beautiful because of them. They sure know what they are doing. It helped me a lot. When its a small job, who wants to talk to you? I was very pleased. They were very polite. Chris is wonderful. I'm not shopping for a good buy, I'm shopping for a good job. He explained how he prices it out.

The guys are always easy to work with, do a great job, are very professional, thorough and very responsive. If we call and ask for help they are good about coming out in a fairly short turnaround time. We actually to do the landscaping for our entire yard when we built the house. We have used them for the last nine years.
