 + -1 moreTHEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO ALL MY QUESTIONS AND VERY PATIENT WHILE I MADE MY CHOICES. THEY MADE THINGS RIGHT WHEN THE PIECE WAS DAMAGED. THIS BUSINESS MADE ME HAPPY ALL THEY WAY AROUND. I WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR QUALITY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Description of Work: I WANTED A GOOD QUALITY LEATHER RECLINER. I ENDED UP AT LEATHERS IN ISSAQUAH. MITCH AND ZENA ARE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT LEATHER TYPES AND FURNITURE MAKERS I WAS ASTONISHED. I BOUGHT A COUCH AND 2 RECLINERS. THEY TOOK A WHILE TO CUSTOM MAKE, ABOUT 14 WEEKS. WHEN THEY INSPECTED (PRIOR TO DELIVERY) THEM, THEY FOUND A SCRATCH AND A DENT. THEY DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOUSE SO I COULD HAVE THEM HERE FOR FAMILY AND SENT THE LEATHER REPAIR PERSON TO MY HOME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. SINCE THEY WERE DAMAGED THEY ALSO PAID FOR DELIVERY.
