 + -1 moreIt was over-priced and what made it worse was that they called later for additional $60 due to a mistake he made. I paid the extra $60, but I will never go back to it again

Description of Work: Rear door latch broke one morning on our Toyota Sequoia--knew this meant taking door completely apart and at the dealer this would easily mean $500+ dollars. Brother and friends have had service work done at the Chevron Klahanie Service station in Issaquah so we called them to get a quote. Estimated $200 and they stated they had done this type of repair for another client. Entire repair took one day-(easy before hours drop off), they called us mid day to confirm their findings, get approval to order the parts and let us know when it would be ready for pickup. Great communication, right on target with the estimate. In person, all the staff were knowledgeable and professional. Twice I have called the Toyota dealer, discussed the need for a quote and never received a return phone call, so this Chevron now has our Toyota repair business from now on!

 + -1 moreWe trust them 100 percent. They specifically tell us when we don't need something. They take care of our five cars. They have all the computer applications and diagnostics for all of our different cars. They are very honest.
Description of Work: The last service I had with them was when they replaced the tire valve stems on my 2003 Honda Civic. There was no charge because we bought the tires there.
