I signed the contract for whole house blind installation and Kathleen Bohlken was my sales agent - in the 3rd week of July. My contract said the estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks. I checked back with her Sep 21st and have been check about once a week since then i.e. for the last one month. I have been told multiple times by Kathleen (via email) that 'they' will call you today for installation. Its been almost 3 months and there have been no calls, no updates and no explanations or anything. The least I would expect her to do is to call me, keep me updated as to what is the issue, Its been 3 months and I am still waiting.........
Very poor service and lack of basic customer service, courtesy and professionalism.
Save yourself some hassle and go with another provider.
