I've used Interlake windows previously. They are a pleasure to work with. Girls on the phone are knowledgeable. Dave came out to the house. He was on time. Completed the job quickly and quietly. The windows are still looking good! I would highly recommend giving them a call!

They're easy to schedule with and they do a really good job. I've used them before I got on Angie's List. They do a good job. They clean up after themselves. They're easy to communicate with, and they're easy to make appointments with. They keep you up to date on when they're coming out.

I called to make an appointment to have our windows cleaned. We had a short fuse as we needed it done within a week as we were hosting a bridal shower. Although they were booked, Ellen said she would contact us if they had a cancellation. A short time after speaking to her, we received a phone call to ask if we were available to have them cleaned on the upcoming Saturday. This was wonderful news. A few minutes later, we received another phone call saying they had a cancellation and could be at our house the next morning. We were pleased with the effort Ellen made to help make this work.
My wife was more than satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of the work crew and office staff. They did an excellent job and we will definitely use them again!

Very well. They missed very little and came back and scraped on the little bit they missed. I wouldn't have bothered with that, but I thought they missed a whole window, and it turns out it was moisture inside the double paned window that made it look dirty on the outside, and they had not missed it at all. I thought the price was fair and they came when they said they would. Very professional.

They lead me to believe someone would be at my house around noon on a Friday. At 4pm I got a call from them saying they were at least 2 hours away. No apology. I decided that if they couldn't be on time they probable would not do a very good job so I declined to have them come out.

"As in many service industry businesses, our company’s scheduling practice is to provide customers with an ESTIMATED ARRIVAL time of either 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. or 12:00 - 4:00 P.M. We do not give our customers and an exact arrival time for their appointments. We are aware that our customer’s time is very valuable and make every effort to arrive during the estimated arrival time frame. If unforeseen circumstances such as scope of work, weather, traffic, etc., cause us to be ahead or behind schedule, we contact our customers and keep them informed of the altered schedule."

Immediate response to initial contact via phone. Able to schedule service within a few days of initial contact. Very friendly service. Cleaners were punctual, thorough and did a high quality job. Our windows and views look so much better! I have used this company for several years for window cleaning, and they always do a fantastic job. I would highly recommned them for window cleaning.

They never cleaned the roof, they just sprinkled the chemical on it to kill the moss and cleaned it off or checked back to see if the moss had blown off. I expected an actual roof cleaning - not just some chemicals to put sprinkled on.

"Interlake Window Cleaning offers both "Moss Control Treatment" and "Roof Clearing" Services. Our "Moss Control Treatment" service includes applying a treatment that will kill the moss on your roof. It may take up to several weeks for the moss to die and blow off your roof. Our "Roof Clearing" service includes the use backpack blowers to remove the loose debris from your roof. We can agitate the debris if a more thorough clearing is desired. Customers may request both services and we are happy to return and “Clear” any roof debris."

Crew showed up on time. Cleaned roof and gutters as agreed. However, they left all debris in the gardens and did no cleaning up after themselves. I called the company who said that they should have cleaned up and would have the crew return and finish the work appropriately. 3 days later they returned and cleaned up. I later discovered that they not only did not take the debris away, but they put it in my finished compost. I had to clean it out myself as I did not want them to come back again. The price was right, and the cleaning went fine. However, this was a very incomplete job even though they had to come back to finish it. I will not use them again.

The original estimate for gutter cleaning (not including roof blow-off) was $135. After waiting 30 minutes past the appointment time and then calling the company to find out what was going on, I was told they were running late and couldn't be there until noon, which was two hours late. Upon arrival, the crew offered no apology for being late. Before starting work, they told me the price would be considerably more than the original estimate. Since they didn't seem to know what the original estimate had been, I called the office. Eventually we settled on a price of $215. However this did include a roof blow-off, which I requested as an extra. As far as I can tell, the work was done in a professional way. I did appreciate the fact that they cleaned up the debris and asked me where I wanted it dumped.

Although I went with another company for my windows, this company came and did an in-person estimate of the windows, gutters, roof, and power washing. I scheduled them to return the next week to do the gutters and clean the roof. They showed up on time and did a great job.

The process was easy, the work was flawless. I had called early in the week, hoping to book time on the one day I had off and Nicole was able to squeeze me in just 3 days after my phone call. I knew in advance that there was a $130 minimum charge, but it was well worth it and Scott added cleaning of all my window screens, re-attaching one screen that had fallen off and cleaning all the interior mirrors in my condo as well. They were fast and the work was perfect. I'm signing up for their regularly scheduled window washing 3 or 4 times a year. I recommend their services highly.

The job went very well. It was raining for most of the work period yet the employee did a very good job in scrubbing area of the roof clearing, debris and re-scrubbing certain areas. He applied an extra amount of the chemical in areas of downspouts. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned. Matt even repaired an area of gutter that had loosened, stopping a flow of water behind the gutter.

Once again Interlake did a wonderful job. Last year a small window was missed and they promptly returned to clean it. I have referred them to 3 or 4 neighbors for window and gutter cleaning and I believe they have all been satisfied as well.

It went very well. I have used many window cleaning companies in the past and have been largely unhappy with the results, so I was pleasantly surprised to have my expectations met! The young man who cleaned the windows was prompt, courteous and very efficient. I will definitely use them again! Someone even called to follow up to make sure the job was done properly!

The two gentleman were prompt and very efficient. They were very friendly and did a terrific job. They also indicated that if I noticed any streaks that they may have missed, that they would come back out and take of them. I was very impressed with the "entire" package.

This company was easy to get in touch with and prompt in returning calls. We we weren't dazzled by the experience (the dispatcher did not convey all the info to the on-site worker), but the work that was done was good. They were also cheaper than another company we quoted out. This was not an inexpensive job, but he was at our house for the good part of the day.
