insisted we allow him to perform services every week. Showed up twice, once to aerate and twice to mow. When we requested because of budget concerns we asked if we reduce to twice a month. We immediately received an email saying he was upset at that request and immediately terminated his services. He does the minimum service as he takes only 12-15 minutes per visit.

We couldn't be more pleased with the results. All the workers are his employees (not guys picked up at Home Depot). Leonard, the owner, is very personable and professional. He took the time to explain a few things I should consider doing myself in the future (or bring him back). Overall, the difference in our yard was huge. We will definitely be using them again.

Emerald Green has taken care of our lawn for the past 6 years. Their flexibility with timing for the occasional larger jobs, and the consistency of their work during their weekly visits left us very happy with their services overall. The team that regularly mowed and edged our yard was incredible, always very polite, hard working, efficient, and despite the difficulties our yard presented, always consistent. We have since moved and are no longer in their service area but we would recommend their services to anyone looking for thoughtful, consistent, reliable and overall excellent yard work.

Leonard is very responsive and easy to work with.  His team does a great job maintaining and improving our large landscaped property!

We were not home for most of the time Leonard and his two assistants were on the job. All work described above was completed in less than one day. The front and back yards are now neat, tidy, and well... beautiful. They worked into the early evening and cleaned up when done to a standard of immaculate. We are very happy with the result.

Expect this company to take your yard and lawn care seriously. If they do not specialize in a given area, you will be given names of respected companies to help. My experience began with a complete walk through of my property. Altho I did not want everything done that was talked about, I really learned alot of options I was not aware of before.
This is a great company for BIG jobs or just to have your lawn mowed. You can count on their timeliness and complete respect for your property. You will not be disappointed using them.

they arrived on time and provided good lawn service (set fees). Because of the size of the property, the extended work (paid by an hourly rate) I need to check weekly (my fees monthly for this, including mowing, ranged from $800-1200). Raking was done but my priority of the work was to maintain the landscape growth, keep bamboo in check, weeds, shrubs, falling debris, any issues etc done without being reminded, much was passed by. I would recommend them for smaller properties. My time in the yard was more than I anticipated.

I am quite happy with Emerald Green's service. They are punctual, and work is always performed on the same day. Leonard is careful not to damage any plants, etc, and the mowing and edging are consistently well done. He will even blow off my patio area and driveway. The price is reasonable for the size of lawn I have, though I do wish it was a bit less. They will take time off in the winter when there is no growth. I am planning to keep using Emerald Green for maintenance, and when additional services are needed, I will call Emerald Green first.

It was good the first time but the problem was that we wanted to schedule another appointment with them. First they responded and they had to get back to us because we were negotiating on the price; we were figuring out exactly what we wanted them to do and we were cutting out items on our list. After that we called them two more times for follow-up and no one ever called us back. The second experience was not good; we gave them three calls and they only called us once and we had follow-up questions. The first time was awesome and based on that we wanted to work with them again. There was some conflict because he wanted to go with an annual maintenance contract where they came on a weekly basis and do the trimming and lawn mowing. We were still thinking we wanted to go one time. There were some things that we felt that we needed more discussion about on what we wanted exactly and we wanted follow-up calls. Maybe they are busy. After calling three times and not getting a response, we have decided to not use them. We will go with someone else. I'm not sure about his pricing because we didn't check with too many people. We were happy with the job he did the first time. The second time we were going to have some plants replaced and the grass dethatched. He was recommending he do the remaining job with his friend. It was going to come in around $1000. We were in the discussion with him but he never called back. When they were here they were good but their responsiveness wasn't good. I'm not happy with his professionalism. If he was busy he could have called and told us that and we could have closed on the negotiations.

They did work for me on the rental property where I live. They were local and they've got high rating on Angie's list. This second time I am using them and they were good both the times. The price is of good value.

Emerald Green arrived promptly on the date scheduled to do the work. They did all that I had requested, and then some. In addition to the work I had requested, which was performed flawlessly, they cut and edged the lawn; hand shaped a Japanese Maple (it looks awesome!), swept up and hauled away all the debris. It was a full day's work for a team of men; I was pleased with the results and feel that I received excellent service from the folks at Emerald Green. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent value from their grounds maintenance dollars!

We may have them continue to do our lawn on an ongoing basis. I would highly reccommend them.

Their work is very good. They pay attention to detail. They are always on time as well as very quick and efficient. I will use them again in the future.

Great no complaints - prompt

I spend $240 on them. When they first came out, I wasn’t sure about their price, which was $60 a week. However, I was at home when they were doing the work and they were there for a good hour and a half. There were two guys and the machinery. I felt it was definitely worth the money. I was happy with the initial consultation. They came out and talked to me. The guy followed up after the first time they were out, to make sure that everything was okay. Since then, I haven’t really had to talk to them. They come out and do good work. I am very happy with them. I will use them again in the future.

They're punctual and do a nice professional job.

I AM NEVER HERE TO SEE THEM, BUT THEY JUST LEAVE THE BILL AND EVERYTHING SEEMS FINE. THEY FIXED THE LAWN FROM BEING CRAPPY TO PERFECT. THEIR PUNCTUALITY IS GOOD. THEY ARE HERE BEFORE WE EVEN CALL THEM.
