Lots of communication issues. Seemed like Eco outsourced the work to another contractor. The salesman for Eco said there would be three coats for the floors. The team only put on two coats (the team did say that the second coat was thicker). The team said they would send an email on how to care for the floors after the work was done. Never got it. Called Eco several times on questions on the floors - never got any response.
Also communication issues on whether we could stay in the house during the work (we were told we could, but installation team said no).
Not happy with the overall experience.
