Eastside PaintPro

It did not go very well. They were rude and disrespectful. I would not use them again.

They finished on time and on budget and did a great job.  They gave us recommendations and choices for issues that came up or areas we had not fully though through on the colors and finish.

They did interior painting for us in bedroom. They got the paint and picked it up for us. We picked out the color and they told us brand to choose from. They cleaned up the mess and left everything nice. They had good prices and they have also done painting for us in other homes too in the past. The quality of their work looks good and the lines were straight.

We've used Eastside PaintPro several times for projects. Ismail came out and gave us an estimate for the work and also talked to us about colors. We had an idea what green shade we wanted but he gave us good suggestions on which off-white color would work best.
They arrived to start pressure washing before painting. In doing so, they discovered that paint on the southern, exposed side of the house was failing. Ismail called me to apprise me of the situation and said he needed to spend a day scraping paint of that side before the pressure washing. This pushed the rest of the painting project back one day, but he didn't charge for the additional prep work. Once the wall was scraped they continued with masking off the areas, painting, removal of the masking tape and paper, and then painting the trim. Our front deck and steps needed to be repainted and restained as part of the project and they took special care to make sure we and our dog walker has access in and out of the front door at all times.
Everything turned out great and as always the final cost was exactly what was on the original estimate.

• The whole experience went well from the estimate to completion. We even extended the stair way and upstairs hall to the job. I will soon call him back to paint the upstairs bathrooms.

He helped us with color selection and he was spot on! We were thrilled with the outcome.

Eastside PaintPro was great to work with. They were punctual and professional. They were very careful to protect our home. They were very knowledgable and helpful as we picked colors. They do a great job, and I would use them again.

Ismael did a great job. We have no complaints, only thanks.

They are very professional. They show up on time every day and did great job for both interior and exterior as exactly expected in time, and cleaned up each day after work. The cost is very straight forward and not hidden cost. Highly recommended!

We used Ishmael 5+ years ago to paint our home's exterior. Now, we were moving to a new home and wanted the entire interior painted before we moved in. Ishmael was great - professional, punctual, detailed. I would definitely use him again.

They did a good job. They seemed to be very careful. They did the job with the prep work and the end result was very good. I can't remember the cost because it was part of a larger job which hasn't been completed yet. This was an interior painting job. The rest of it is exterior painting but because of the weather they have not been able to finish that.

We moved into our new home in May - and as always everything was a neutral 'beige.' Ismail was recommended by our Realtor; he came out, gave suggestions, measured up - and gave a bid for the work. Ismail also has a good eye for color - and that can help when you're narrowing down choices. Ismail and his team worked around our unpackers and various other utility people; they were tidy, efficient, moved furniture, and did a very professional job. Recommended.

Every aspect of the job was professional. Ismael always arrived on time and was very communicative, returning phone calls and emails promptly. The work was done quickly and accurately. The edging is not absolutely perfect. (I have had painters that could free hand more accurately.) However, given the ease with which the job was completed, I was very satisfied. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up and left the house in order and the rooms usable. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He was extremely polite, on time, and performed everything that he said he would. His crew was pretty good, though did leave a few spots that they didn't see on the cleanup (we cleaned it up rather than wait for them to clean, they would have cleaned if we had asked). He ended up spending about 3 1/2 days, with at least two people (though he said he brought more to finish more quickly than the estimated 4 days (with a 2 man crew, we were out of town so didn't really see the amount of time spent.

ISMAIL CAME OUT, SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS POLITE, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE SPOT. HE HAD BEEN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SO I HIRED HIM. HE WAS ABLE TO FIT ME IN ON THE DAYS I NEEDED, SO PAINTING COULD BE DONE IN TIME FOR NEW FURNITURE TO BE DELIVERED BY 12/22. HE, AND OTHER PAINTERS SHOWED UP AT THE EXPECTED TIME, WERE COURTEOUS, CLEAN, AND DID A TERRIFIC JOB PAINTING. CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE, AND FOLLOWED UP A FEW DAYS LATER WITH A "REPORT CARD" IN THE MAIL TO CHECK THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK.
