Mindi is amazing. We had a general idea of what we wanted in our remodel, but not sure how to design everything. Mindi took our basic plans and created something so perfect, practical, and possible. She was able to capture the charm of the existing front of our house with a similar charm for the remodel. At first, she created three different designs. From those initial designs we picked the parts we liked and gave them back to her. She finalized everything and created just the right design for our family. We received a preliminary bid from our contractor and just gave Mindi the go ahead to get the plans ready for permit stage. Mindi is an excellent communicator and always delivered our plans in person to explain and show us the details. We are so thrilled with Mindi and her work! I would highly recommend her if you need plans drawn up for a new house or remodel. She is fast, creative, sensible and very fun to work with on designing your perfect space.
