Dan never showed up to do the work. I called him later that day, and he did not return my phone call. I called again Monday morning, and Dan did not return that phone call either. I gave up trying and found someone else to do the work.

Appointment was made with owner to come out and give an estimate for a lawn maintenance program. He never showed up at the appointed time and never called to cancel.

Dan was extremely responsive to my e-mails concerning my request for an estimate for a major yard clean-up on my half acre lakeside property. He gave me an estimate and performed the work as he described he would. The yard looked extremely tidy with lawn edging, all weeds removed, trees and shrubs trimmed back and all debris removed. Bark was then placed in appropriate places. I communicated with Dan via e-mail and phone only as I am living abroad. I must say this was a very good experience. I didn't know who I was getting in to do my yard work - I just went off his e-mails and phone conversations. I liked his responsiveness, he always returned my calls or e-mails immediately. He was very reliable, and I would employ him again next time it's time to tidy up the yard. I got photos of his work from my neighbor, and when I saw it in person a few months later, it still looked good (except for a lot of fallen leaves and small branches after the wind storm last fall).
