He has been here 3-4 times. I really liked his service, so I called him back. He really does good work. He is honest. The prices are reasonable. He is trustworthy. I have been really happy with him. He did not charge for the shower. He is reliable. He is the best plumber I have ever found. I don't have any complaints.

They did the work as asked and I give them an A across the board.

Chris came on time and got right to work removing the old toilet and then putting in the new one. He took the old toilet and the box from the new toilet with him. Everything was beautiful and clean when he left.

We weren’t able to get a hold of him because he was so busy. He is excellent. His prices were reasonable. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. They liked his kindness, friendliness and lack of feeling like they have been overcharged for the services. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he was doing and how he was replacing it. Chris came out to take a look at the project with the contractor before we had the work done. He noticed that the angle stop to the toilet looked a bit marginal and suggested it be replaced. While he was at it, I asked him to replace the two on the sink as well, since one had started leaking when the vainty was demolished. The sink had some chips on it and we discussed pros and cons as to repairing it or getting a new one. Ultimately, I decided to get a new one, so I dashed out and got it, along with the fixtures, so he could put it together before he finished the other jobs. My husband and I were concerned about the 24-year-old pipes for the shower. Since the wall was gone, Chris was able to get a good look at them and assure us that they looked fine and didn't need to be replaced. He was very comptetent and professional, and I think his charges were very reasonable.

Chris was punctual and professional. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work was completed. The price was more than fair.

The information he gave me about what to look for in a new faucet set allowed me to feel comfortable about picking out a good replacement set. Chris was polite, personable and focused on the job at hand. He worked steadily and quickly. Chris was neat and tidy in his work and in his person. We are very pleased with him and his work. The sink is as good as new and the new faucet set works beautifully. Chris' knowledge and efficiency kept our bill very reasonable.
