Monique in Costco Home sales is a bit hard to get ahold of and no one else in the office can answer questions if she is not there = ugh!   I hate playing phone tag but it seems the way of the world now .  You have to chase tradesman to give them your money!   Other dealers sell Hunter Douglas but Costco gave me the best price at the time Initially she overwhelmed me with trade names and concepts...it took awhile for me to speak  the "lingo" and she was not very good at teaching me. One needs a structured presentation or you will be lost.   I also had to make sure that she was listening and understood my desires clearly.   I find I must do this with all trades people as they tend to jump ahead to what they WANT TO SELL  Eventually she got it. and gave me exactly what I wanted. Normally I think these products are manufactured much more quickly but there was some sort of "delay in stock materials"    For a 10 /14 order,  I barely got them installed before the holidays ....perhaps pre-season rush?  Whatever it was,  I think my job was not monitored as well as it could have been.  I opted for prof installation because I wanted them to be perfect and I am not very handy.  Monique also said that the warenttee might be voided if I placed them myself.  (but I am not so sure that is totally true)  I have had Hunter Douglas blinds in my other homes over the years and they will come right out and fix anything when you call.  Final suggestion, get the measurements for ALL your windows done on the first visit and keep them yourself in case you want to add more product later.  Saves time and trips
