Very hard to initially schedule a time or receive call backs but once the time was set up, everything went very well. They had limited product selection but we were able to do all windows but one and the coverings came in much ahead of schedule and installation was very quick and well done. Installation and cordless shades were no upcharge which kept the price down quite a bit.

A friend brought it home on the back of the pick, and we put it on the bed, put the old one in his pick up, and took it to the dump, so there was no delivery done. The price is good, but the service isn't big. I bought the mattress a few years back, and it is still good. You have to track down a sales person, they don't exactly have much help there. You are pretty much on your own.

The Costco rep (SRC Windows is the subcontractor for Costco) was punctual, friendly and professional. However, when I called back a week later with my customer reference number to ask about more competitive pricing, the rep had a hard time remembering details and ultimately said he gave me a and quot;best priceand quot;. Unfortunately, Costco was as engaging as Sears, as their follow-up was nonexistent as well. Two days after I decided to go with SIGNATURE WINDOWS, I finally got a follow-up call from Costco with an offer that put them $50 less than the SIGNATURE bid.
I did not go with Costco because of their lack of recall and lack of engagement. They are rated very highly in all categories, but their lack of engagement did not inspire confidence to deliver. maybe for somebody else.

Cheri was very helpful in selecting honeycomb shades and emailed a professional and complete proposal to me immediately. Our meeting ran long because we talked too much about other things, but I didn't really mind.
Cheri sent a follow up email that my order would qualify for a quantity discount and that a promotion on the products I was ordering would begin in October, so I sent her an email asking her to quantify the savings for me. I never heard anything back. No email, no phone call. Strange!
