Costco - Issaquah

Researched which tires I wanted on web then checked availability at local Costco.  Takes a bit of digging around internet because tire names change by seller but I was able to get the tires I wanted installed same week.  Follow up has also been excellent.  Only issue is that Costco uses nitrogen to inflate and you have to maintain tires by going there (can't refill with regular air at gas stations).

We got 4 new tires from them. They were all worn enough to where they needed replacing. They then put one of our old tires onto the spare so we could use that. It turned out fine. The price was at least as good as anyone else I checked with.

Costco replaced all four tires - no questions asked. Since the same type of tire was not available - Costco put in similar tires and i happily paid the difference ~ $200. Costco rocks!

I like the convenience of it and they're cheap. They told me that my prescription will cause for about $20 and I only paid $6.

They were great. I have an unusual tire size. I called around to several places locally and was told the tires were not available or quoted very high prices. Costco in Issaquah was able to locate the tires I needed and the overall cost was at least 1/2 of what the other tire places quoted me.

Costco - Issaquah have a great warranty program. We had a tire that blew out 6 months after we bought it and they replaced it for free.

After a terrible experience at Sears I decided to try Costco Optical. Including my membership the glasses were about $175 per pair and one pair had to be redone. Overall I am satisfied with the product and service.

I needed window coverings for 19 windows in a new home. I sent an email request through Costco and a Hunter Douglas designer contacted me within 48 hours. We divided the order into two phases and the designer and I met twice to complete each phase. After the orders were placed, the installer contacted me to set installation appointments. Craig, the installer, was excellent! He noticed that two of the shades weren't wide enough and had taken the measurements and was ready to order the replacement before I had a chance to mention the problem.I am delighted with all the window treatments and will use this Costco service again without hesitation.

Ordered my sunglasses to have progressive lenses. Order needed adjustment after it came to me. They redid the order swiftly with great care and attention to detail.

I decided to go with them because of their price and reputation; I love Costco.

My experience with them was ten on ten. I would use this practice again in the future.

It was a nightmare. We had to special order our carpet so we had to wait about seven weeks and when we got it the measurements were not correct so we had wait additional weeks for them to fix it. After we got the carpet, someone came out to install and the carpet was layed down crooked. There is no straight lines of carpet on our stairs where it meets with the wood. None of our doors would close because the carpet was so thick, and the company cut the doors too short and at different angles to try and make the carpet fit. The doors were cut so short that would just fall off of their bracket, so we now have to get new doors. There is also a black stain in every doorwell where they placed the carpet, and our carpets are off white so it looks like a huge stain. When I called them about the stain the company said they would just come out and steam clean our carpets. We have completely renovated our whole house and the Costco carpet is the only thing that was a complete disaster.

I thought it was a good price, it was a good deal at the time.

Dr. Ambo is excellent. I had seen him there years ago and then my insurance would not pay for Costco glasses. The insurance have changed their mind, so I went back to Dr. Ambo because I have never been happy with the optometrists at other places. He is very professional and very accurate in his prescriptions. The prices at Costco are good.

Pretty cut and dry. Just a simple eye exam. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions. However, I was informed during the exam that my eyes needed to have eye drops to keep them dilated for viewing possible problems, which meant I couldn't drive home. Because I had driven myself to the appointment, I was told that the exam could continue, but I would have to make another appointment to come in just to have my eyes dilated OR I could spend an extra $30 and have pictures taken instead. I opted for the $30 pictures because I'm busy and I don't have time to make additional appointments. I called Costco, and let them know that they should mention to all their customers making appts., that they would need a ride due to having their eyes dilated. They agreed.

I go there just to buy glasses but not to buy medicines. I use them because they are fast and they are rated just about number one by the consumer channel. The pair I got this winter I went to another provider for an estimate which was over $300.00 and I paid just over $100.00 at Cosco's. It was a huge difference. The availability is good.

Great place to start if thinking about getting hearing aids. Free initial exam and hearing aid test drive. Make sure you research hearing aids and try many different brands and retailers. The ones Costco was selling at the time I went in were unsatisfactory. If you are completely cost driven then these are good for you, otherwise, shop around.

Excellent customer service.

I selected new eyeglass frames in the shop, and one of the salespeople helped me make a final decision. I left the store while they prepared the prescription lenses, and when I went back to pick up the finished glasses I also decided to purchase 6 months' worth of contact lenses (the price was cheaper there than at my optometrists' office). I had to wait about 20 minutes to get the contacts, but all in all I was happy with the whole transaction. The glasses are good quality, everything was a good price, and the staff is friendly.

They are very good. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly when I go there to see them. I only wait less then a week to see the doctor. My insurance covers the rest of the cost.

OK. Glasses were not adjusted properly initially and sat much too high, but they are always willing to make things right. I was happy with the quality of the glasses and service.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER, AS THEY DON'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS, THE WAIT WAS OVER TWO AND A HALF HOURS! WHICH WAS WAY TOO LONG OF A WAIT.
