"Cory Brandt was a delight to work with in the sale of our home in Sammamish, WA. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and had a good sense of the value of the homes in our area. In setting a fair price for our home, he was open to our (my wife and I) thoughts and ideas. His marketing skills and property highlighting were outstanding and our home sold within a few days. During escrow he worked closely with us and the buyers agent to keep us informed and to keep the transaction closing on tract. After the sale he helped me convey some technical information to the buyer regarding questions he had on some of the homes features. As indicated above, Cory Brandt and his team were great to work with."

When we called Cory, he came right over and immediately went into action on what we needed to do to our house to make it ready to sell. Cory has the knowledge and expertise to make it all happen. He has all the furniture and accessories to stage your house to look fantastic and move in ready. Cory kept us apprised of all the negotiations and was always quick to return our calls when we had questions. He is up-to-date on neighborhoods, schools, locations, prices, etc. Cory is on top of his profession. He got us full price and sold our home in less than a month. We would highly recommend Cory.

I am convinced Cory was the biggest reason why I was able to successfully purchase the house I wanted! There were several bids we were competing with. We were certainly not the highest bidder but Cory structured the bid in a way that made it super compelling and was able to negotiate our way to the top of the list. I was really impressed with Cory's professionalism, knowledge of the market, and responsiveness to any question I had along the way. Couldn't of done it without Cory!

Cory was an absolute delight to work with! We actually used him on both ends of our transaction, as he represented the seller and us as the buyer on the same transaction. While this is not recommended, Cory acted in both parties full interest, maintained high degrees of integrity, and move at an incredible pace resulting in an incredible experience for us as purchasers of our new home. He also sold our old home for 20% above market, an incredible experience all around. Cory knows the market, has a construction background and is very aware of building structures and what to look for. I would strongly recommend working with Cory, we definitely will in the future.

Cory is strong, capable and highly qualified real estate professional. He is able to competently handle quite complex real estate transactions such as the one we presented him with involving selling a house, short plat with a designed home and ongoing negotiations with the city of Kirkland and King County. Not all realtors have the sophistication to understand real estate at this level. Cory does not just open doors he can make deals. One last thing to know that Cory will sell your home

As a first-time seller, I was looking for someone who had a great deal of experience in not only listing homes but selling in my neighborhood. I interviewed four different Real Estate Professionals and Cory was by far the best. Although incredibly busy he always had time for me and was on top of every aspect of my sale through the entire process. Although the sale could have fallen through several times he was able to find solutions to the issues to the satisfaction of both the buyer and me - he did this with ease and very little stress on my part. His assistant and others that he works with to market my house were also amazing - not only to work with but in their work product and ethics. Cory's knowledge, sense of humor, professionalism and kindness allows me to recommend Cory without reservation to anyone.
