While this is not recommended, Cory acted in both parties full interest, maintained high degrees of integrity, and move at an incredible pace resulting in an incredible experience for us as purchasers of our new home. As a first-time seller, I was looking for someone who had a great deal of experience in not only listing homes but selling in my neighborhood. I interviewed four different Real Estate Professionals and Cory was by far the best. Although incredibly busy he always had time for me and was on top of every aspect of my sale through the entire process. Although the sale could have fallen through several times he was able to find solutions to the issues to the satisfaction of both the buyer and me - he did this with ease and very little stress on my part. His assistant and others that he works with to market my house were also amazing - not only to work with but in their work product and ethics.
