They were very good and had the best project managers.  The staff was very good and co-operative.  I liked their services and will use the same in future.

This is to amend our original post. The shower basin from the original install was replaced and is now broken again, the drain was not seated properly and the basin is squishy and leaking, the shower tile caulk is peeling and the floor tile does not appear to be sealed. We contacted them to have it repaired AGAIN and have been given the run around ever since. Someone came out and agreed it needed to be replaced and was very apologetic. However, they didn't show when they were supposed to then tried to say it didn't need replacing; now he is not answering my emails. In looking at the  state L&I site it appears the company has gone through a license change since our original install and that license has been suspended. There are already judgements against the new license number as well.

I spent around $4000. The main person who did the project was very responsive and very easy to work with. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the company. They got the work done in a timely fashion. We got what we asked for pretty much exactly. The person who was working was very friendly and very professional. The price was very reasonable. The basin in the shower cracked within just a couple of months once the remodeling was done. They came out  and replaced it. They had to redo a part of the tile in the shower and on the floor. They didn't charge us to come back and fix the broken basin or any work they did but they did leave all the garbage behind for us to dispose of.The person we worked with is no longer with the company and  we will not use them again in the future.
