+ -1 moreI was impressed with Richard's thorough knowledge of refinancing. I found him through the Up Front Mortgage broker list established by mortgage expert Jack Guttentag. aka "The Mortgage Professor". www.mortgageprofessor.com. As an upfront Mortgage Broker, Richard abides by consumer-friendly rules regarding fee disclosures and acts on the customer's behalf. He was able to provide me with a lower rate, with less Discount points, than any of the local banks or credit unions. Because of a situation unrelated to him, I went with a different broker; however he graciously offered to continue to answer questions and to review anything that may come up.
Description of Work: Richard Hobson (206.834.5389) provided helpful information regarding the refinancing of a home loan.
