I had multiple rock chips on my windshield after driving thru a high way construction site and was worried the chips/cracks would expand in to larger cracks if left alone. I called around for price quotes and Brandon was amongst the lowest, and he also provided mobile on-site services at no extra cost. Brandon was able to come earlier than our appointed time; and called ahead to make sure the earlier time would work for me. When he arrived, he spent time looking over each individual chip on my windshield and provided an honest assessment that these were only surface chips and will not impact the integrity of the windshield or will these expand to larger cracks in the future. He did not try to upsell me in any un-needed services and stated if I was fine with the cosmetic looks of the windshield due to the chips, then I don't have anything to worry about and he doesn't need to do any work. I appreciated his honesty and offered him 50% of his first chip repair price for coming out to meet me and Brandon immediately refused my offer, saying its no big deal and he was happy to help me make the right decision.
So although Brandon did not provide any actual work for me, I know who I will call upon if I ever have any windshield damage issues.
